ACTIVITIES

To achieve our aims, we organize bi-annual three-day conferences at which medical knowledge, information about medical advances and their impact on underwriting, and other topics which impact the work of underwriters, is shared. The conferences also provide an opportunity for underwriters to interact and share experience.

Our first conference was held in Brussels in autumn 2010. Top-class speakers from the fields of insurance medicine and underwriting first presented current topics as well as new findings and their significance for underwriting to the international plenum of participants. Further conferences were held in 2012 in Vienna, in 2014 in Prague, in 2016 in Madrid and in 2018 in Warsaw.
